Shipping and Returns
Shipping Information
Online orders placed on www.animalplanetpets.co.za will be delivered by our
selected Courier partner in your area unless collection directly from us has
been arranged at time of order. We only deliver within South African borders. 
Our couriers can only deliver directly to a physical address that is normally
occupied during normal office hours (Mon – Fri, from 8am to 4pm, excl. public
holiday). Our couriers will require that your order is signed for upon delivery,
as proof of receipt. 
What is the cost of delivery?
Our standard delivery fee is R80.00 per purchase made. We reserve the right
to charge an additional fee for deliveries that are outside of the major
metropolitan areas should this be necessary. If required, this will be discussed
with the customer prior to dispatch.
We do also offer free delivery for orders above a specific threshold. Be sure to
see if you qualify at Check-out.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery typically takes 3 working days within the major
metropolitan areas, although it can take up to 5 working days. 
animalplanetpets.co.za will notify you if we do not have stock, or if a delivery is
expected to take longer than our stated 5 working days.
Our delivery times are calculated from the start of the business day after your
order is placed.
 Returns
animalplanetpets.co.za and Retail Associates Solutions will accept returns of
items that you have purchased online at www.animalplanetpers.co.za that are
unused, and still in their original packaging. You can do the return in one of
two ways:
1. Return the selected item to us at Retail Associates (Pty) LTD, Unit 002
Building 4B, Growthpoint Industrial Estate, 1 Bell Street, Meadowdale,
Germiston, 1609, South Africa, together with your invoice. 
2. You can email us on rob@evogroupsa.com together with a copy of your
invoice, indicating the item that you wish to return, and the reason for the
return. Once the online store approves the return request, Retail Associates

will arrange collection of the unwanted item (please include your invoice) and
you will be refunded with the appropriate amount.
Please note that the cost of the courier to return the item to Retail Associates
will be deducted from the gross refund amount.
 
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If you have purchased online at www.animalplanetpets.co.za and have
received items that are damaged, defective, or not what your ordered you can
return these items by following the steps below.
You can return a damaged, defective or incorrect item in one of two ways:
1. Return the selected item to us at Retail Associates (Pty) LTD, Unit 002
Building 4B, Growthpoint Industrial Estate, 1 Bell Street, Meadowdale,
Germiston, 1609, South Africa. together with your invoice. 
2. You can email us on rob@evogroupsa.com together with a copy of your
invoice, indicating the item that you wish to return, and the reason for the
return. Once the online store approves the return request, Retail Associates
will arrange collection of the specified item (please include your invoice). Upon
confirmation of the validity of the return we will either replace or refund the
item at our discretion.
